If you’re ready to create lasting transformation, and find motivation and support through community, the group coaching program is for you. No matter where you are on your path, implementing a daily meditation and yoga practice will activate your desires. Whether that is 2 minutes of meditation and 10 minutes of yoga each morning, or 20 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of yoga each morning, your best in body, mind, and spirit will be cultivated ~ creating a life you love to wake up to every day!

Step 1: Food Matters – explore mindful eating, incorporate intermittent fasting as a healing tool, cut out added sugars, processed foods, meditate, do yoga 

Step 2:  Food and Your Body Type – learn to eat for your body type and the importance of fat, protein, fiber, and carbs. Meditate, do yoga 

Step 3: Change your Mind – change your limiting beliefs to empowering ones, heal your central nervous system, meditate, do yoga 

Step 4: Your Body, Your Ally – the importance of movement and why we need our bodies to heal. Meditate, do yoga  

Step 5: Sleep and Rejuvenate – learn how to feed your soul and create a restorative sleep routine. Meditate, do yoga 

Step 6: Your Life, Your Purpose – discover your life’s purpose and say “no” to society’s limiting beliefs about you! Meditate, do yoga!
