Hi!

That’s me standing in my favorite room in the house ~ the pantry. My Italian grandmother, Lucy, had the most beautiful pantry in her house filled with natural light, dark wooden bins and cupboards of all things that spilled forth her amazing cooking. At times, it felt mysterious and off-limits. I remember sneaking in to see what was hiding under the towel, or what she was launching from the counter-top; my Grandma Lucy’s pantry was a place of creation, wonder, and love. I wonder if she ever went to the store to purchase a loaf of bread? I long to cultivate that lifestyle again, that way of being, fully connected with my food, my kitchen, and my body. Want to join me on that journey?

I am a Certified Wellness Coach with the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) where I am trained in holistic health and wellness to help people create lasting transformation. I focus on menopausal women struggling with their bodies changing to heal holistically and reclaim their sense of self, so that they can live with greater pleasure and purpose.

Don’t worry, you don’t have to bake your own bread, but I know together we will discover what mysteries lie undercover, waiting to be set free with love and curiosity from your favorite room in the house.
