Join holistic wild woman coach Marla Privitera for this introductory workshop and book talk about ways to build a healthy lifestyle that brings out the best in your body, mind, and soul during this transformational period of life.
You’ll walk away feeling inspired with 3 self-designed changes to implement immediately. Come dressed for gentle grounding yoga to help you drop in and listen to your body. Marla will have her books, “A Space Between: Holistic Wellness for Menopause and Beyond” available for purchase.
Marla is also leading our new 8 week summer yoga series: “Tune in and tune up on Tuesdays.” A 200 hr certified yoga instructor from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, Marla offers a Vinyasa styled slow-flow practice syncing breath and movement, balancing strength and flexibility, with lots of room for exploration and meditation on the mat. Known for incorporating poetry and other readings, Marla encourages you to focus on how you practice, instead of what you practice. See you on your mats!
