Food Matters

Are you what you eat? Are you totally overwhelmed by the many fad diets available today, by everyone on the internet telling you what to eat or that you can lose weight if you only eat like they do? Together, we’ll take the time to slow down and really look at not only what you eat, but how and why and when. Food is actually steps 1 and 2 of the INDIGO Intensive because everything begins and ends in the gut! You can rest assured that with this knowledge and time, you can once and for all learn how to listen to and trust your body to tell you what it needs. We will dive deep into your body as a laboratory. 

In this step you will:

  • Learn to cut out added sugars and processed foods
  • Learn to use intermittent fasting as a healing tool
  • Incorporate your body type’s weight loss protocol
  • Track your fiber
  • Identify your biggest food pain
  • Learn what to eat for menopausal symptoms
  • Determine the first step towards creating change and eating intuitively
  • Consider your water intake and the importance of being hydrated
