How to start healing yourself holistically

Are you wondering how you got to where you are today? Are you feeling confused about which way to go, or where to start? When most women enter menopause it comes with years of habit-forming thoughts and behaviors, repeated unconscious patterns in our lives, sudden weight gain, mood swings, and can serve as a wake-up call to how we are living our lives. I like to think of it as a gift from the universe to do just that, to start over and better, rather than allow it to be our natural “end” as society has determined it to be.
